The Tericoop cooperation project
Réseau rural français - Cantarane
The LEADER inter-territory cooperation project between 3 French LAGs/GALPAs (Occitania Region) and 1 Tunisian territory (Kerkennah Islands).
The objective is to work around 4 common themes to these territories:
- the invasion of the blue crab
- the labeling of seafood
- the management of plastic pollution at sea
- permaculture
LEADER cooperation remains the only concrete tool which promotes cooperation both territories and a diversity of actors on the major challenges of societies to which rural development and agriculture are particularly confronted. Its dimension, inter-territorial, European and international, promotes dialogue and inter-knowledge beyond our borders on common issues.
